Founder
Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Brenda Li graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia and completed her undergraduate studies at University of Toronto, majoring in Pharmacology. She has received extensive training in diagnosing and treating eye diseases while completing her internship at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, externships at the Veteran’s Affair Medical Center in Connecticut and at the Indian Health Services Clinic in Alaska.
She is certified by the Board of Examiners of Optometry in Canada and the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPAs). Also accredited in the United States by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) and the Treatment and Management of Ocular Diseases (TMOD).
Dr. Brenda Li is currently a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO), International Sports Vision Association (ISVA), Vision Therapy Canada (VTC), associate member of College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD), clinical associate of Optometric Extension Program (OEP), Canadian Association of Optometrists (CAO) and a quality assurance (QA) assessor at the College of Optometrists of Ontario.

Lead Sports Vision Trainer
Born and raised in Stouffville Ontario, Dayle accepted a full athletic scholarship to play NCAA Division I Women’s Ice Hockey for St. Lawrence University, Canton NY. Dayle graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Sports Studies and Exercise Science.
Following Dayle’s undergraduate studies at St. Lawrence, she continued her education and received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Plymouth State University, New Hampshire. At this time, Dayle also coached the Plymouth State Women’s Ice hockey team, Division III.
Upon returning home to Ontario, Dayle worked as a Registered Psychotherapist for over 3 years, with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Dayle was also an Associate Coach for the U-18 Toronto Aeros girls ice hockey team for 4 seasons. Dayle's experience as a high performing athlete, psychotherapist, coach, and vision therapist, places her in a unique position to understand and help athlete’s achieve their goals and full potential.

Sports Vision Trainer
Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Aries built a strong foundation through sports, academics, and community involvement. He earned the opportunity to be part of an NCAA Division I men’s basketball program at West Virginia University, where he served as a team manager while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies.
During his time at West Virginia, Aries has developed a deep understanding of high-performance environments, leadership, and the daily demands of elite athletics. His role within the program has allowed him to contribute behind the scenes while gaining valuable experience in player development, operations, and team culture.
Aries is actively involved in his community, working closely with youth and helping develop the next generation through basketball. His passion for mentorship, combined with his academic background in psychology, communications, and human services, positioned him to positively impact athletes both on and off the court.
Aries’ experience as a student of the game, mentor, and aspiring psychologist places him in a unique position to connect with athletes, foster growth, and help individuals reach their full potential.
